- All prices are given in £ Sterling, and do not include postage costs.
- Our transactions are made through PayPal which is fast, easy and allows for instantaneous secure payment via credit/debit card or your PayPal account.
- Place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered, via email.
- Alternatively, just email us your order, and we will send you an email to confirm your order, and a secure email payment request.

The colour of dummies may vary slightly due to variations in colours displayed on your monitor.
- Your personalised orders are placed at your own risk, please make sure the wording is correct before adding to basket. Due to the nature of the personalisation the engraving may differ slightly to any illustrations

If you are paying by cheque or postal order, your order will only get processed once we receive your cheque, and will only be dispatched when the cheque has been cleared. This method of payment does delay delivery times.

- Please cross cheques and postal orders, and ensure that a valid order number, name and address is stated on back of the cheque.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you choose a secure method of postage. We are not liable for lost or stolen cheques/postal orders.

Postage & Delivery
- Standard products which are held in stock should arrive within 5-10 working days.
- Our Personalised Dummies are individually engraved, and therefore will usually be delivered within 10 days of your order.
- Orders are dispatched via 1st class recorded delivery. Every effort will be made to deliver on time, however specified delivery dates are estimated and no liability is accepted for any loss arising from delay. Due to issues within the postal service, which can crop up from time to time, please allow up to 14 working days for your purchase to arrive before contacting us.
- In cases where the delivery time is to be significantly delayed, you will be informed via phone or email, and will be given the right to cancel or alter your order.
- If you are purchasing a gift for a friend's or family member's special little one, why not have it delivered straight to their door, just change the delivery address to the recipient's during the payment process.
- Please note: Completed orders can only be sent to one delivery address. If you would like your dummy purchases to go to different addresses you must complete separate orders and payments for each delivery address.
DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery costs are based on the total cost of amount ordered:
Orders between £0.01 - £21.95 = £2.50
Orders between £21.96 - £29.95 = £2.99
Orders between £29.96 - £39.95 = £3.99

NOTE: If you are considering purchases that total
above £39.96, please contact us by e-mail or phone
before placing the order, as larger orders are priced depending upon weight. Postage will be calculated accordingly, and then we will contact you with the total.

- Personalisemydummy.com reserves the right to refuse orders requesting dummies with text that are considered inappropriate or offensive. All orders will be subject to acceptance by the seller.

All products on the website are subject to availability. We cannot be held responsible for dummies that are discontinued by our supplier or that are delayed and require extended delivery times.

We reserve the right to alter any detail or design in our product range as and when required.

If you wish to change or amend a personalised order you should do so within 4 hours of placing your order, sadly we will be unable to cancel or amend orders outside these hours.

Cancellation and Returns Policy

If you wish to cancel your order you must notify us, within 4 hours of placing your order, by email or by telephone 0845 224 9469 (calls charged at local rate) before we have dispatched the goods to you.

Where goods have already been dispatched, you can return goods in line with the clause below:
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund or an exchange as required. Sadly we do not refund postal charges.
YOU MUST RETURN THE DUMMIES UNUSED IN UNOPENED PACKAGING AS SUPPLIED.
We highly recommend you send items via recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us. Goods are your responsibility until we have received them. Please remember to get and keep a Proof of Postage.

The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances:
• to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you. Please note: PERSONALISED/ OWN DESIGN/ CUSTOMISED dummies cannot be returned, unless faulty.
• if we sent you an item you did not order (an "incorrect" item) please contact us for a replacement or refund.
(The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.)

Frequently Asked Questions
Will the name wear off the dummies?
All our dummies are specifically made so that the name on the dummy will never wear off or fade, even after boiling or sterilisation processes.
When should a dummy be replaced?
The nipple will wear down with age and use, so it is important to check dummies regularly and thoroughly. Any dummies with small holes, tears and weak spots should always be replaced. Dummies should be replaced regularly for hygiene reasons. The general recommendation is that they should be replaced every 4 to 6 weeks.
